Hello! Welcome to Abundance Counseling, a safe and supportive space for children and families. Being a human is hard and being a small human is hard not only for children, but also for parents. Abundance counseling is here for you and your child to feel seen, heard, and guided toward a sense of hope, progress, and growth. You can be assured you and your child will be met exactly where you are and feel valued and honored. We work together to set goals and make a plan to help kids be the amazing people they are created to be. I have an individualized approach to counseling so that I can tailor my methods to best suit you and your child's developmental and personal needs.

MA, LPC
I have worked with children and families for the majority of my career. First as a teacher, then as youth director and most recently a school counselor. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary and have worked in private practice counseling for several years.
I have counseled in many capacities including individual and family therapy, play therapy, social skills groups, anxiety groups, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups for adolescents. I also specialize in adult trauma, EMDR and maternal mental health.
My goals are to empower children and help families navigate the ups and downs of life. My hope is to use my passion, training, and skills to impact the next generation.
